The Buffalo Heritage Carousel, Inc, a non-profit corporation which owns, operates and maintains a fully restored 1924 Spillman Engineering Corporation, solar-powered carousel that is the catalyst, demonstrating the use of renewable energy through play and hands-on experiences.
