The Lisa Marie Rainbow Foundation furthers the advancement of inclusive preschools, provide relief to disabled children and eliminate discrimination. Lisa Marie Rainbow Foundation was established in memory of 5 year old Lisa Marie. Lisa Marie knew at a young age what matters most in life is love. While she was a student at St. Luke Lutheran Preschool and Kindergarten, she befriended a special needs student with spina bifida named Michael. One day, while playing outside, Michael fell down. Lisa ran to him, helped him up, and said, "Michael I know you can't run and can't walk but you're still my friend and I'll always be there to pick you up." The mission of the Lisa Marie Rainbow Foundation is to support the enrollment of students with special needs at qualified early childhood schools in the State of New Mexico.
