24 Dylan Harper Commits to Rutgers 3924 Dylan Harper Commits to Rutgers. Congratulations to Class of 2024 Guard Dylan Harper on his commitment to Rutgers University. Dylan joined our program 2 years ago in late 2021 and made an immediate impact to our program working his way up the national player rankings and leading our 202216U EYBL team to the Peach Jam Championship. He then followed it up this past summer with a 17U EYBL Peach Jam Final Four berth eventually falling short to Vegas Elite in the semifinal game.
