HVCA 501(c)(3)organization Founded in 1999, the council is an organization with the belief that community life is enriched by the arts in all forms. HVCA’s mission is to enhance the cultural life of our region by promoting and sustaining the arts for people of all ages.

The Huron Valley Council for the Arts (HVCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching and enhancing community life through the arts. Established in 1999 by local community leaders, the council operates under the belief that the arts play a vital role in enriching cultural life.

Mission
