The NCAFCC conducts advocacy, research, public relations, resource development, training and technical assistance on behalf of its member clinics. The North Carolina Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NCAFCC) mission is "to support and advocate for our member organizations to provide health care for the uninsured of North Carolina". Our Vision is “for those in need of medical help to have access to affordable, quality health care, regardless of the ability to pay”. NCAFCC supports member organizations in expanding access to health care, reducing health disparities, and improving the health of uninsured and underinsured individuals. NCAFCC members are a vital part of North Carolina’s safety net, providing health care for over 75,000 patients in 85 counties, including primary & specialty care, dental care, pharmacy services, and behavioral health care.
