📞🐾 Important Update About Our Intake Line 🐾📞 We want to give everyone a quick update—and start with a heartfelt apology. We never want to miss your messages or calls, but the truth is: we’re overwhelmed. Right now, we have just one person monitoring our intake line, and we’re receiving an average of 50+ calls and messages a day—sometimes many more—coming in through our phone line, Facebook, Instagram, email, and even personal phones. We’ve spent countless hours training volunteers to help cover these calls, but we simply don’t have the manpower. Our licensed rehabbers and volunteers are busy around the clock caring for hundreds of animals and can’t always respond right away. 👉 For that reason, we are going to be cutting back on phone correspondence for the foreseeable future. We ask for your patience and understanding as we focus our energy on the animals already in our care. 💚 If you have wildlife experience and are interested in helping with our intake line, we’d love to hear from you—training is available!
