WE STRIVE TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC TO THE BENEFITS OF SPAY/NEUTER, LOW COST VETERINARY CARE, ALTERNATIVES TO EUTHANASIA, AND TO FACILITATE PUBLIC AWARENESS THROUGH WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS.
