A. R. T. fosters the spiritual and social skills that young people need to become community leaders and self-reliant adults. We understand that communication between all parties involved in a youth's development is the founding element in their spiritual, social and academic growth.We focus on youth development, positive fellowship, and recognizing the needs of our youth. We meet them where they are with programs to help get them where they want to be spiritually, physically, and economically.
