Churchville Rec Center The Churchville Rec Council The Churchville Recreation Councilis an all volunteer nonprofit 501c3 organization that is working in cooperation with the Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation to provide a variety of fun and affordable sports and activities geared towards children and adults. We rely on volunteers from the local community to oversee our programs coach and mentor youth sports and serve on our Board of Directors. Members of the National Alliance for Youth Sports Chapter 8578 National Excellence in Youth Sports Awards 2012 Winner The Churchville Recreation Council is proud to provide a variety of sports and activities geared towards children and adults. We were awarded the 2012 Excellence in Youth Sports Award by the National Alliance for Youth Sports.
