The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Its mission is to support caregivers who help the sick, injured and developmentally challenged while raising awareness of the importance of self-care and well-being while taking care of others.
