Virginia Beach Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Inc. is a private non-profit organization committed to advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court process. The CASA program recruits, trains, and supervises citizen volunteers to advocate for the best interests of these vulnerable children, promote safe permanent homes for all children, and seeks to educate the community concerning the needs of abused and neglected children.
