Emerge creates supportive environments and individualized services for people with disabilities.Individuals with disabilities will lead lives of optimum quality and independence. Emerge believes that individuals with disabilities have the right to quality services within safe and caring environments that reflect state-of-the art thinking. Emerge believes that the best supportive environments and services for individuals with disabilities are developed through individualized, visionary and forward thinking planning with individuals and their support systems. Emerge believes that every individual with disabilities, no matter how complex his or her personal situation may be, has a place at Emerge.
