Educational. The Zeta Lambda Education Foundation promotes education initiatives and awards scholarships to high school seniors in Newport News, York County, and Williamsburg, Virginia. The Foundation ultimately wants to see all students "Excel in High School, Go to College" and is committed to supporting the advancement of education and educational opportunities in our community regardless of race, gender, religion, or economic standing.

4C3 Project Website make a donation WELCOME TO THE 4C3 PROJECT The 4C3 Project was founded as the Zeta Lambda Education Foundation and was incorporated in 1998 as a public notforprofit organization. The MISSION of the the 4C3 Project is to promote educational and community involvement for middle and high school through mentorship scholarships leadership and community awareness in the Hampton Roads Area. WE ARE HERE TO SERVE Each year the 4C3 Project raises funds for the awarding of SCHOLARSHIPS to deserving high school students and provides financial support for educational initiatives at all grade levels that encourages students to excel in school and go to college or postsecondary programs. The foundation operates primarily on the Virginia Peninsula stretching from Hampton to Williamsburg.
