Driving LGBTQ equalityand inclusion in financialservicesand beyond. Our network of networks has over 40 participating firms from across financial services and we reach more than 5000 individuals through our participating firms LGBTQ employee resource groups. As a 501c6 nonprofit organization OPEN Finance is a volunteer network that combines the expertise of our members to drive forward LGBTQ equality and diversity in the financial services sector and beyond. With nearly fifty member firms we partner with employee resource groups across the industry to advance workplace policies collaborate on signature events community service and philanthropy.
