The mission of Service Coordination of South Central PA, Inc. is to assess the needs of individuals and recommend services, which will enable individuals to live as independently and safely as possible in their own homes. Service Coordination of South Central PA, Inc. will help to coordinate the needs of individuals with all available community resources. Through continual evaluations, we will maximize and manage services to meet participants' current and future needs.
