IS COMMITTED TO REDUCING INFANT AND MATERNAL MORTALITY AND MORBIDITY BY UTILIZING A LIFE COURSE PERSPECTIVE FOR IMPROVING THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE, SUPPORTIVE SERVICES OFFERED IN THE COMMUNITIES WHERE THEY LIVE.
