Who We Are For over 25 years Project REAP Real Estate Associate Program has been the premier initiative dedicated to increasing diversity in commercial real estate by empowering leaders of color. We fulfill our mission by bridging the gap between talent and opportunity equipping professionals of color with the training mentorship and networks needed to thrive in real estate careers. Through the REAP Academy and our alumni programs we have built a dynamic community of more than 2000 professionals each making their mark on every aspect of the commercial real estate landscape.
