10-90 Copperstate Foundation 1090 Copperstate Foundation 1090 Copperstate Foundation 1090 Copperstate Foundation Who We Are For over 20 years the Arizona Department of Public Safety has joined with the Mens Arts Council of Phoenix Art Museum to host the annual Copperstate 1000. The Copperstate 1000 is one of the premier vintage car rallies in the United States. In 2011 Sergeant Robert Bowers in conjunction with several members of the host committee for the Copperstate 1000 formed the 1090 Copperstate Foundation. The 1090 Copperstate Foundation is an IRS recognized 501c3 nonprofit charitable organization.
