Imperfectly Perfect is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization from Long Island, NY that Advocates, Educates and Supports the Congenital Heart Disease Community while raising awareness for overall Heart Health We are determined to help children with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) and their families, form the correct emotional support system. We work with other organizations, and hospitals nationwide, to connect CHD patients. Our goal is to put time, energy and resources into helping nurture two individuals, or two families, build a lasting healthy relationship.

Imperfectly Perfect iP is an organization that is determined to help children and young adults with Congenital Heart Disease CHD by helping them form the correct foundation for their life. It is crucial that children with CHD grow up living a healthy life so that this lifestyle choice can continue into adulthood. This includes educating on exercise nutrition the importance of a positive mindset being mindful in their perspective and their choices and to find others with CHD to connect with.
