Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Programs | Youth Climate Activism

🌊 Empowering young artists to connect, create & communicate for a blue planet 🎨 Ages 11-18 may submit your work to our Contest to win up to $1,000 USD 👇🏻 Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Programs is a Boston-based nonprofit that works to inspire the next generation of ocean caretakers through education and engagement with the arts, science, and advocacy. Bow Seat provides a space for teens around the world to connect, create, and communicate for our blue planet. Our award-winning programming for middle and high school students works at the intersection of ocean conservation and arts education, with a focus on amplifying youth voices to advance environmental awareness and action. Our goal at Bow Seat is to inspire a new generation of ocean stewards who recognize the challenges facing our blue planet and who are motivated to take action. We invest in the next wave of ocean leaders who will think, and act, like artists – looking at issues from new perspectives, posing meaningful questions, and discovering innovative solutions.
