Rocky Mountain Partnership (RMP) is a movement to improve economic and social mobility for ALL community members. Specifically for those marginalized because of race, ethnicity, gender, zip code, or circumstance. RMP is a coalition of cross-sector leaders and network partners who believe they can accomplish more by working together than apart. The Partnership is supported by a neutral team, referred to as The Backbone, separate from the partner organizations doing the collective work. The Backbone has specific expertise to serve as the infrastructure for the collective work.
