OPERATES FOR THE BENEFIT OF, PERFORMS THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND CARRIES OUT THE PURPOSES OF ADVOCATES FOR BASIC LEGAL EQUALITY, INC., (ABLE) AND OTHER REGIONAL NON-PROFIT 501(C)(3) TAX EXEMPT LEGAL AID SOCIETIES THAT PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE LEGAL SERVICES TO LOW INCOME RESIDENTS IN WESTERN OHIO AND WHICH THE FOUNDATION DETERMINES IT WILL SUPPORT.
