Our Long and Proud History Our FOP John Marshall Lodge 2 was chartered in January 1952. On July 25 1953 the Grand Lodge Fraternal Order of Police met with members of our Lodge along with members of the Old Dominion Lodge 1 out of Roanoke and the Commodore Lodge 3 out of Norfolk.
