We believe there should be no barriers to entry when it comes to pursuing a career that an individual is passionate about, but we know systemic racism and societal barriers can present significant obstacles for young professionals from low to middle socioeconomic backgrounds, particularly those in the Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) community.
