NCASA utilizes the TeamPass registration system, which allows players to maintain a single account for all TeamPass-affiliated leagues and tournaments nationwide. Players can opt for either an annual pass or a single tournament pass. The NCASA Annual Player Pass is available for $30 and is valid for all USASA-sanctioned tournaments across the United States from January 1 to December 31 each year. Alternatively, players can purchase a Single Tournament Pass for $15, which covers participation in one USASA-sanctioned event.

NCASA has affiliations with multiple local and regional leagues, providing a broad spectrum of opportunities for adult soccer players. These include leagues like the Asheville Buncombe Adult Soccer Association, Charlotte Premier Soccer League, and Triangle Adult Soccer League.
