THE LAY WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION'S MISSION IS TO FOSTER CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS AND TO PARTICIPATE IN PONTIFICAL & DIOCESAN WORKS OF CHARITY. IT IS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED WITH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH OF AMERICA AND THE SECULAR INSTITUTE OF MISSIONARIES OF KINGSHIP OF CHRIST.
