The Mission of One for Health Foundation (OFH) is to help children in underserved communities adopt a healthy lifestyle by providing innovative wellness programs and workshops that equip them with the knowledge and skills to develop and retain healthy habits. The Vision of OFH is that by instilling in our children the crucial importance of good health, and helping them live the highest quality lives, they will in turn transform the future wellness of America, both physically and economically. To this end we support the empowerment of children by teaching them to take charge of the one thing they can have control over: their health.
