Our staff live out the mission of connecting children, youth, and families to hope, healing, and restoration. That mission doesn't when a client leaves our program. Often, staff will get reports from former clients on their progress and even remain in touch with clients when they age out of care. Such is the story of one young lady who entered our Transitional Living Group Home at Hutchens in 2020. Although her time was brief in the program, she made lasting connections with many staff. She came to us as a practicing Wiccan and wanted very little to do with Jesus. It would be a very long and stressful next 4 years, but towards the end of 2024 with the love and support of her former staff, she eventually gave her life to Christ. One of the hardest parts of this job is planting many seeds and trusting God with the rest. (fb)
