Kaleidoscope Community Services is about people, community and connection. and exists to serve the local community. Kaleidoscope Community Services acts a a catalyst for the betterment of the local community by connecting community needs and resources. We offer the following services: the 2nd Street Commons (2SC) is a place for our homeless and under-served population that offers free breakfast six days a week, sack lunces and a place to come in out of inclimate weather. Our "Friends Helping Friends" program offers resources (hygiene products, clothing, tents and camping gear), mentoring, support groups and connection to other services Friends Helping Friends has a benevolence fund for urgent expenses. We also have a job training program called KCS Land & Home. We are able to offer the use of the 2nd Street Commons to other local agencies and non-profits to hold community and group meetings.
