TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN THE CLAYSBURG, PA, AREA AND TO AWARD FUNDS TO STUDENTS, PROGRAMS, EDUCATORS, AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT RELATE TO THOSE IMPROVEMENTS.
