FTR serves the Salt Lake Recovery Community through a gathering of sober individuals. Fit To Recover is sobriety through music, exercise and community. To help individuals maintain long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol through exercise, nutrition awareness, creative endeavors and community service, while supporting each other in a safe and positive environment.
