YoungMoms is a comprehensive support program that provides the academic, vocational, parenting and relational support young mothers need to achieve their life goals and improve their lives and those of their children. YoungMoms' mission is accomplished through a combination of case management services, one-to-one mentoring, and monthly dinner/workshops with life skills training.
