Alabama Association of Health Plans What We Do The Alabama Association of Health Plans AAHP seeks to improve the health and wellbeing of Alabamas consumers and enhance available health care quality by promoting cooperative efforts among health plans allied industries marketing organizations providers and consumers. AAHP advocates for the interests of health plans and their enrollees on legislative and regulatory issues by informing policy makers business leaders and the public about the benefits of a broad competitive environment from which to select health benefit plan options.
