We've certainly had an eventful week here at SOS! Yesterday, we spayed and neutered 17 community cats - including two hardworking mamas of 14(!) kittens. These little ones are being temporarily housed by us as they work on socialization and getting accustomed to an indoor lifestyle. Caring for this many kittens is no small task, and we could really use your help! We're in urgent need of kitten food and litter to keep up with their needs. You can support us (and this adorable horde of goth kittens) by purchasing directly from our Amazon Wishlist linked below: https://bit.ly/4mKkpb5 Every donation makes a big difference, and we are incredibly grateful for your support! 🐾 (fb)

Thank you so much to everyone who donated to Spay Our Strays on KY Gives Day - with your generosity, we were able to raise $1,430! Your donation allows us to provide even more community cats with the care they need. We are so grateful to have a community that supports our mission to create a healthier, more sustainable future for all the kitties we share our lives with! 🥳 #kygivesday (fb)

Penny Medley an employee of the University of Kentucky at the time spotted several homeless cats and kittens in the UK parking lot. She knew something had to be done to end the cycle and invited other animalloving peers to her kitchen for a meeting.
