🎾WHERE TO PLAY TENNIS IN THE OLMSTED PARKS: May is National Tennis Month, and we've got courts all over the city! Chickasaw Park is home to West Louisville Tennis Club, Inc., a local nonprofit focused on promoting health and wellness through the game of tennis. The park features six clay courts and six hard courts. Tyler Park’s tennis history is synonymous with the Cooper family, named the Kentucky Tennis Family in 1965. Many of the Cooper sons went on to be inducted into the Kentucky Tennis Hall of Fame in their own right. Tyler Park features four tennis courts and two pickleball courts. 🎾Other Olmsted parks with courts: Seneca Park: 10 tennis courts Central Park: 6 tennis courts Stansbury Park: 6 tennis courts Iroquois Park: 2 tennis courts and four pickleball courts Shawnee Park: 2 tennis courts Algonquin Park: 2 tennis courts Shelby Park: 2 tennis courts #nationaltennismonth (fb)
