We staff the adoption center at PetSmart (Hwy 281 & Evans Rd). Animal Rescue Connections exists as a non-profit organization to educate and assist in all aspects of animal rescue, specifically promoting spay/neuter of all companion animals and encouraging responsible, humane treatment of stray populations.
