Muslimat Al-Nisaa Home Center was designed to assist homeless, Muslim females between the ages of 18 and 64. To provide health, education, social, shelter and other basic human needs to underserved and marginalized populations through actualizing the belief that every man, woman and child has the right to receive quality care in a dignified manner, to be assisted in the achievement of optimal health and well-being, regardless of race, creed, status or socio-economic level. Realizing that many immigrants are afraid of consequences associated with accessing services, our work is specifically designed to target those areas where those who have immigrated to this country would not be singled out but rather included as part of the norm such as our volunteering health services in public schools.The Annual Community Outreach programs, Chili Bowl Sunday, Red Nose Day, 'Back To School Health Fairs'.

Our Muslim Women's Shelter in Baltimore, Maryland is a groundbreaking project that addresses a critical need in our community. Under the guidance of Asma Hanif, this shelter is the only one in North America exclusively dedicated to serving Muslim women. Many of our sisters face domestic violence and financial hardships, often forcing them onto the streets or into shelters where their values and beliefs are not respected.
