Potato Certification Association of Nebraska The Potato Certification Association of Nebraska PCAN is a notforprofit organization and official designated agency of the University of NebraskaLincoln. PCAN aids Nebraska growers in the production of highquality seed potatoes. This is accomplished through high certification standards. This means rigorous laboratory testing three summer field inspections and binshipping point inspections all performed by the staff of PCAN.
