Introduction Membership ARTICLES Article I The name of this organization shall be the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF DENTAL ADMINISTRATORS hereinafter referred to as the Association. Article II The Association shall have perpetual existence. Article III The Association is organized to advance the following goals and objectives Article IV The Association shall be a nonprofit organization. Article V The Association may not expend more than its resources and may not borrow monies or enter into indebtedness.
