KearneyBuffalo County CASA is committed to providing resources technical assistance and advocacy for all children referred to our program by the local courts. KearneyBuffalo County CASA is part of a larger national network. The National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association or National CASA is an organization across the United States advocating for abused and neglected children in the court system.
