Overview

The Alabama World Language Education Foundation Inc. (AWLEF) is a non-profit, charitable organization headquartered in Northport, Alabama. It was founded by Krista Chambless, who serves as its Executive Director.

Purpose

AWLEF's primary mission is to foster innovation in global language education. It aims to provide opportunities for students and teachers to enhance their language skills and cultural understanding through a variety of programs and activities.

Programs and Activities

One of the prominent programs offered by AWLEF is the W.I.L.D. (World Immersion Language Development) program.
