To decrease the negative social statistics associated with people who live in low-income communities by developing their talents and abilities via education, cooperative entrepreneurship, employment and self-advocacy strategies, using the performing, literary, decorative, graphic, plastic, and visual arts as backdrops to spark creativity and innovation, promote social cohesion, spur academic performance, and heal and unite the community.
