Welcome to the Grainger County Humane Society Our Mission is to rescue and find forever homes for unwanted dogs and cats promote humane treatment and help control the pet overpopulation. Follow us on social media OUR ORGANIZATION The Grainger County Humane Society GCHS is a nonprofit organization formed in May 2001. In 2023 we have placed over 330 cats kittens dog and puppies into FURever homes. The annual operating expense for GCHS is approximately 105000.
