500 Teacher Stipends MATHCOUNTS STEM Education Mission The Oklahoma Engineering Foundation was the first Oklahoma STEM education nonprofit. Established in 1975 we are engineers educators and industry and community partners. Our mission is to further STEM education in Oklahoma and increase the number of engineering professionals living and working in the state. ENGINEERING FAIR The OEF Oklahoma Engineering Fair is held every spring during Engineers Week and brings together students teachers professors and the business community to give students an introduction to engineering and related principles.
