What does your Monday morning look/sound like. So far at SWFLC, here are a few of the sounds that have been heard… • advocates encouraging a client struggling with self-worth • advocates checking with each other to ensure clients had a safe weekend and are doing ok • advocates brainstorming what resources could be most beneficial to the client who walked in this morning not knowing exactly what they need, but knowing they didn’t want life to look like it currently does any longer •advocates high-fiving after a client left feeling refreshed, renewed, and hopeful: “that felt good. ” The most rewarding days are the ones in which we can see/feel the difference we are making.
