Cape Fear Area Doulas is a regional network connecting pregnant women with trained childbirth/labor and postpartum doulas in Wilmington and surrounding areas. Cape Fear Area Doulas is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization working to connect pregnant people with childbirth and postpartum doulas. Our goal is to improve the birthing experiences for all families in the Cape Fear area through prenatal, labor, and postpartum support.
