THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION STATEMENT AND PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSS IS RAISING FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE ORGANZIATIONS AND WORTHY COMMUNITY PROJECTS; TO PROMOTE SPORTFISHING THROUGHOUT CARTERET COUNTY AND THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA; PROMOTE CONSERVATION AMOUNG SPORTSFISHERMEN; PRESERVE MARITIME CULTURE AND HERITAGE; PROMOTE MARINE EDUCATION.
