THE INITIAL FOCUS OF THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES ARE ON MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO, THE POOREST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, WITH A GEOGRAPHIC FOCUS WITHIN THE UBANGI DISTRICT OF THE EQUATOR PROVINCE.
