Muscogee County Medical Society – Founded in 1905 Muscogee County Medical Society Founded in 1905 Home The Muscogee County Medical Society was founded in 1905 in order to create a central location for physicians to meet and discuss community health problems and to promote new therapies. This unity also gave the Society an influential voice in the community that was very much needed. The Society currently has five delegates to the Medical Association of Georgia where we are able to influence through our representation the directions that organization takes for the benefit of Georgia citizens. We hope this new website will provide you with a tool for you to get updates on legislation meeting dates and times and any other information that benefits you as a member of this Society.
