The African American community through an intentional focus upon race and its influence on the life and wellbeing of all of the citizens of the city and county its valuing of God African Spirit strength sanctity and power of selfdetermination must remember reclaim restore and realize the wisdom traditions and courage to build upon what was bestowed to us in order to serve the people and community present and yet to come.
